Terms & Conditions — 399b Platform Rules & Member Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and 399b ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all services provided through 399b, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, promotions, bonuses, and any customer support interactions.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on 399b, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of the platform after any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from a translation or interpretation in another language, the English version shall prevail.

To be eligible to use 399b, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of a 399b employee or affiliated entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, banned, or suspended from 399b or notified of account closure by the platform.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

399b reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Accounts may be suspended pending verification, and any withdrawals processed before verification is complete may be reversed pending identity confirmation.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on 399b. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonus funds forfeited, and any pending withdrawals held pending investigation.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

• Username: Your chosen username must not impersonate another person, contain offensive language, or reference 399b staff roles.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential. 399b will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. You are fully liable for all activity conducted through your account.
• KYC Verification: Know Your Customer (KYC) document verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. 399b reserves the right to request KYC at any stage of account use.
• Contact Details: A valid and regularly monitored email address must be associated with your account at all times. Important communications, including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations, are sent via email.

399b uses two-factor authentication (OTP) on new device logins as a standard security measure. You agree to maintain access to the mobile number or email address registered for OTP delivery. If you lose access to your registered contact details, you must contact the 399b support team immediately to prevent account lockout.

399b accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through authorised payment channels. The current accepted payment methods for Bangladesh-based members are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on 399b are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within a few hours of approval.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and promotional credits are held in BDT. 399b does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT deposits.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 399b may request supporting documentation before releasing funds to ensure the security of your account.
• Declined Transactions: 399b is not liable for declined transactions caused by third-party payment providers, bank restrictions, or mobile financial service outages outside of 399b's control.
• Refunds: Deposits that have been used to place wagers are not eligible for refund. Unused deposit balances may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal conditions in these Terms.

399b does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the 399b member account. Deposits from unverified third-party sources will be returned and the associated 399b account may be suspended pending investigation.

399b offers promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements by the stated expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• One Bonus Per Member: Only one active bonus may be held per member at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rate is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Abuse: 399b actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, chip dumping, and coordinated play across multiple accounts. Detection of bonus abuse will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
• No-Deposit Bonuses: Where no-deposit bonuses are offered, they are subject to stricter wagering requirements and withdrawal caps, which will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Promotional Changes: 399b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Members who are mid-way through fulfilling wagering requirements will be notified of any material change to the promotion in question.

All games available on 399b are provided by third-party certified game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Habanero. Each game operates according to its own individual rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand a game's rules before wagering real money.

• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical fault, server error, or game interruption, 399b will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-fault state. Where this is not possible, 399b's decision regarding the resolution of interrupted games is final.
• Bet Confirmation: A wager is only confirmed once it has been accepted by the 399b system and a confirmation reference is displayed to the member. Unconfirmed bets are not valid and will not be settled.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game or market interface prior to placing a wager.
• Sports Betting Settlement: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., ICC for cricket). 399b reserves the right to void bets in cases of data feed errors, incomplete events, or match irregularities.
• Live Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion. Odds on live markets are subject to rapid change. A bet is only valid once confirmed by the system; any bet placed during a suspension of a live market is void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 399b. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in ways that are not available to standard members.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from software errors must be returned.
• Collusion with other members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live poker, or coordinate betting patterns.
• Money laundering or using the 399b platform to process funds derived from illegal activities. 399b complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity.
• Registering using false identity information or impersonating another individual.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Placing bets on behalf of, or on the instruction of, any person who is self-excluded or banned from the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in connection with sporting events offered on the 399b sportsbook.

399b is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members. Gaming on 399b should be treated as a form of entertainment. It carries financial risk and should never be used as a means to generate income, recover financial losses, or resolve personal financial difficulties.

• 399b is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
• 399b is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, network disruptions, or third-party payment provider outages that are beyond 399b's reasonable control.
• 399b does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions, for which 399b will not be held liable.
• Members access and use the 399b platform entirely at their own risk. All gaming and betting activity involves real financial risk, and 399b accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through legitimate platform use.

399b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 399b will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform before the updated Terms take effect. Your continued use of 399b after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

399b reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the member has violated these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or has failed identity verification requirements. In the event of termination for cause, 399b may withhold balances pending investigation and reserves the right to permanently close the account.

Members wishing to close their own account may do so by contacting the 399b support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Any remaining balance after account closure will be returned to the member's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to pending wagering requirements and KYC clearance.
